1.2. Kinh doanh thuốc nhượng quyền là gì?
Kinh doanh nhượng quyền là mô hình dành cho các nhà thuốc muốn bán thuốc của một thương hiệu khác đã được định vị trên thị trường. Với hình thức này, trong suốt vài năm hoạt động; các nhà thuốc sẽ tự quản lý các hạng mục kinh doanh; chương trình khuyến mại và doanh thu tại cửa hàng; công ty quản lý thường chỉ giám sát về chất lượng và dịch vụ sản phẩm.
1.3. Mô hình nhượng quyền kinh doanh thuốc thực hiện như thế nào?
Có nhiều quy định khác nhau dành cho các đại lý khi kinh doanh nhà thuốc nhượng quyền. Thông thường, các chương trình nhượng quyền tùy thuộc vào từng thương hiệu sẽ có những quy định riêng. Các đại lý có thể đàm phán trên tinh thần “đôi bên cùng có lợi” về một vài điểm chưa được thống nhất bởi các hai bên.
Các yếu tố hay ràng buộc trong hợp đồng sang nhượng quyền kinh doanh nhà thuốc gồm:
– Phí nhượng quyền tối thiểu là 200 triệu VNĐ/3 năm (tùy từng khu vực, tỉnh thành mức phí này sẽ khác nhau). Phí này là phí sử dụng thương hiệu trong 3 năm. Sau 3 năm sau nếu tiếp tục gia hạn hợp đồng, hai bên sẽ đàm phán lại mức chi phí.
– Quy định về mặt bằng: Mặt tiền ít nhất 4m. Diện tích tối thiểu là 10m2. Địa điểm phải là nơi tập trung dân cư đông đúc, tấp nập người qua lại, khu tập trung kinh doanh thương mai, trường học. Nếu ở những khu du lịch hoặc trung tâm thương mại, siêu thị diện tích và mặt tiền có thể nhỏ hơn vẫn được duyệt.
– Chi phí về toàn bộ máy móc dụng cụ: Khoảng 100-200 triệu đồng.
– Về đào tạo: Công ty sẽ cử người đến tận nơi đào tạo cho đại lý. Hỗ trợ đại lý chạy thử, khai trương. Tổng thời gian hỗ trợ khoảng 12-15 ngày để đảm bảo quán hoạt động tốt.
2. Kinh doanh nhượng quyền một số thương hiệu nhà thuốc
Để kinh doanh hiệu quả, giảm thiểu rủi ro nhất việc lựa chọn thương hiệu thuốc nổi tiếng với chi phí thấp là rất quan trọng.
